The Nordic Watercolour Museum
About the museum 
At the Nordic Watercolour Museum you can see the work of leading contemporary international watercolourists or study classical watercolour paintings of the past.

You can choose to take a specialised course led by professional artists, try how it feels to pait alongside your own children or grandchildren in the children's studio, or prepare your forthcoming exhibition in one of the guests studios.
 
 
The museum contains:
 
Galleries for permanent and temporary exhibitions
 
Guest studios on the island of Bockholmen, just across
the channel
 
Children's studio
 
Experimental workshop with advanced technical equipment,
for art work, intruction and research
 
Assembly hall for use as dance theatre,
for cultural programmes and conferences.
 
The restaurant "Vatten ("Water") - gourmet and kafé",
with in and outdoor seating and views across the water.
 
A museum shop.
